      Our assessment process sometimes involves gathering anonymous feedback about senior managers from their teams. This assessment complements many of our coaching programmes as its anonymity allows the feedback to be more candid.

      Provided it’s approached constructively, it can help the person being reviewed improve how they interact with others.
