Founder – Mark Sharratt

Mark Sharratt is an experienced keynote speaker, facilitator and executive coach.

His work experience and commitment to personal growth have resulted in his keen analytical thinking and passion for human psychology in the workplace. These skills give Mark a distinctive perspective on solving modern-day business challenges.

He credits Dale Carnegie, the pioneering global training firm, for planting the seeds that helped him grow Energy Alchemy into what it is today. After several years in business, Mark partnered with Dale Carnegie in 2009. Mark’s success rate rapidly led to referrals, and he organically grew his team of stand-out professional coaches. Energy Alchemy’s unique approach has been described as inspirational, highly engaging, practical, easy to implement, and unlike anything they’ve tried before.

How we work together – your roadmap to success

The Energy Alchemy Model is based on Mark’s own experience of building high-performance teams and his deep understanding of what it means to thrive at work. He’s designed an approach which enables leaders to strike the right balance, allowing you to empower your people to achieve and stretch business goals.

Step 1 – The Deep Dive

This is where we get to understand your business, learn about your future aspirations, and deep dive into your business culture. We uncover hidden challenges and blocks to achieving your vision. We find out what makes you tick and help you clarify your true priorities. You’ll be surprised at how often we discover the presenting issue isn’t actually the real problem.

Step 2 – Your Unique Solution

Following the initial strategy discussion, we develop a unique programme designed to help you unlock the potential in your people. Our implementation uses a time-spaced process, with accountability at the heart of what we do. A key mantra, and fundamental part of our process, is “a problem well defined is a problem half solved.”

Step 3 – The Continued Road To Success

This step is about continued implementation, ongoing management, accountability, and reinforcement of behavioural change. We help you measure your improvements through forward-looking indicators and performance metrics, which highlight the measurable impact of the work we do together. We will continually support you and your organisation with the embedding of new processes and behaviour to ensure sustainable improvements.
